• Advising on contentious matters which consist mainly of representation of clients in building amd construction litigation matters in Court as well as arbitration proceedings conducted under the ICC, SIAC, PAM, AIAC and SIA Arbitration Rules.

• Advising and drafting building and construction agreements, consultancy/management agreements and bespoke contracts.

• Acting as junior counsel for a consultant in the Malaysia Royal Commission of Enquiry for the collapse of the Second ramp of the Second Penang Bridge.

• Acting as junior counsel for a contractor in the Malaysia Royal Commission of Enquiry for the Tanjung Bungah landslide incident in Penang.

• Acting for a developer in Court in respect of disputes in relation to defects for a residential development.

• Acting for a contractor in an arbitration matter involving a facility/building project in Malaysia.

• Acting for a joint-venture company in an arbitration matter involving a development of a transport hub project in Malaysia.

• Acting for a contractor in an arbitration in relation to construction dispute involving a prominent shopping complex in Singapore.

• Acting for a contractor in an arbitration involving a construction dispute of a gazetted conservatory project in Singapore.

• Acting for a party in an arbitration on a commercial/joint-venture dispute between an Asian government-owned company and a British New Virgin company.

• Acting as junior counsel in an arbitration on a construction dispute in relation to works at the Prime Minister’s Office and Prime Minister’s Residence, Malaysia.

• Acting as junior counsel in an arbitration involving a marine terminal facilities project management dispute in Sudan.

• Acting as junior counsel for a contractor in an arbitration of a construction dispute involving a highway project in Malaysia.

• Acting as junior counsel for a contractor in an arbitration of a construction dispute involving a shopping complex at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

• Advising on a contract for construction of golf specifics and irrigation lake project in Vietnam.

• Advising on contract for a full turnkey EPC contract of an integrated power generation project in Singapore.

• Advising on consultancy contract of a MRT block for a restructured building in Singapore.

• Also involved in representations of clients in an array of arbitration related applications before Courts, including injunctions, stay proceedings, setting aside and enforcement of Arbitration Awards and Adjudication Decisions.
