Advising and representing an employer in 4 arbitrations involving disputes arising out of construction of various hotels in Johor.
Advising and representing a South Korean contractor in court proceedings and arbitration proceedings involving disputes arising out of the design and construction of water segregation facilities in a solid waste modular advanced treatment and recovery system.
Advising and representing a Luxembourg-based contractor in an adjudication in relation to a dispute arising out of the construction of a Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) Facility.
Advising and representing a major Belgian dredging contractor in an international arbitration arising out of a dispute relating to a reclamation project in Johor.
Advising and representing a major Belgian dredging contractor in successfully pursuing a major insurance claim arising out of a reclamation failure incident in the High Court of Malaya.
Advising and representing a German Contractor in defending the setting aside of an arbitral award arising out of a dispute involving one of the longest storm water tunnel in South East Asia.
Advising and representing a Japanese boiler manufacturer in defending a claim by an Independent Power Producer for disputes arising out various failures in a coal fired power station in a court referred arbitration seated in Kuala Lumpur.
Advising and representing a Japanese boiler manufacturer as Malaysian Counsel in defending a claim by an Independent Power Producer for disputes arising out various failures in a coal fired power station in an arbitration under SIAC Rules seated in Singapore.
Advising and representing an employer in pursuing its claim for liquidated damages and assisting counsel of the AIAC as amicus curiae in the Federal Court in Far East Holdings Bhd v Majlis Ugama Islam dan Adat Resam Pahang [2018] 1 MLJ 1.
