Arbitration
Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), in which disputes are resolved outside of the judiciary courts.
Parties often seek to resolve disputes via arbitration as it can be made confidential, and allows the parties to choose their own tribunal, which is particularly useful when the subject matter of the dispute is highly technical or specialized.
